I bought the dress at Hitched, a small bridal boutique in Washington, DC during an Anna Maier~Ulla Maija trunk show. I fell in love with the gown because its mix of modern and traditional elements. The lace is traditional with a modern twist as it is a larger, more contemporary French floral pattern. The covered buttons down the back of the dress are a beautiful detail that add another touch of tradition to a gown with a more modern fit. The dress was extremely comfortable and easy to move in. I wore it during the reception, but changed into a shorter white cocktail gown for the after party, to help preserve the dress. I would love to see this beautiful gown find a new owner who will fall in love with it!
